- Minimum 10 years of experience in the leather industry including strong exposures to:
o Understanding physical property requirements for each type of articles and conducting various manual tests to evaluate it
o Leather measurement verification
o Identifying and separating color shades in each production lot
o Categorizing the color shades and preparing color window ranges for acceptable shades
o Understanding the natural defects and ability to identify it in each type of articles
o Knowledge Ｏn leather grading using clean area concept
o Knowledge Ｏn different types of leather, leather finishing and tanning process
o Inspect sales sample leathers following the client’s comment Ｏn development samples
o Material quality control (soles, components, accessories and non-leather materials in upper making)
o AQL (Accepted Quality Level) sample plans
o End to end leather inspection
- Leather understanding (from shoe making technical skills to defects’ classification) including finishing and problem solving skills
- Leather factory work experience
- Knowledge Ｏn leather and non-leather material specifications and quality control
- Raw to finish contamination understandings
- Technical factory audit experience

10年以上工作经验。
有管理团队经验。
良好的英文沟通能力。至少必须要求会读写英文！！！直属上司为外籍人员。
熟练操作电脑收发邮件，excel记录数据。
