Job Responsibilities –

• Working closely with design and product development team, factories and suppliers to develop collections of luggage, travel bags, backpacks & travel accessories from concept to samples

• Following up production and delivery schedules of development, proto and salesman samples to ensure timely deliveries and quality samples

• Checking standards, colors, construction and quality of samples in all stages to ensure alignment of colors and standards of the collection

• Providing technical advice to resolve any issues relating to product development and sampling

•  Negotiate and manage target pricing with vendors to ensure commercial viability and profit margins

• Working with merchandising team Ｏn bulk production order details

• Performing ad hoc duties assigned

  
  

Job Requirements –

• No less than 8 years’ experience of product development of branded luggage, travel bags, backpack & travelaccessories

• Experience of working directly with overseas designers for product development execution 

• Excellent technical knowledge of construction and production process of luggage, travel bags, backpacks & travel accessories

• Good knowledge of materials including fabric, PU, hardware and hard side luggage etc.

• Familiar with fashion trends of luggage,travel bags, backpacks & travel accessories

• Good communication skills, well organized and a team player

• Good command of English and Chinese

• Travelling to factories & suppliers required
