Job Responsibilities –

·         Working closely with design teams, factories and suppliers to develop collections of handbags and small leather goods from concept to samples

·         Following up production and delivery schedules of development, proto and salesman samples to ensure timely deliveries and quality samples

·         Checking standards, colors, construction and quality of samples in all stages to ensure alignment of colors and standards of the collection

·         Providing technical advice to resolve any issues relating to product development and sampling

·         Performing ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements –

• No less than 8 years’ experience of product development of branded handbags and small leather goods

• Experience of working directly with overseas designers for product development execution 

• Excellent technical knowledge of construction and production process of fashion handbags and small leather goods in leather,PU, fabric and other materials.

• Good knowledge of materials including fabric, leather,PU, trims and hardware, etc

• Familiar with fashion trends of handbags and small leather goods

• Good eyes to colors and follow through details

• Good communication skills, well organized and a team player

• Good command of English and Chinese

• Travelling to factories & suppliers required
