1.Implements financial policies/controls over AR accounting/collections, Billing, Pricing, fixed Assets, AP, Expense Reporting and Payroll in accordance with corporate requirements and guidelines.
2.Implements and monitors a system of good internal controls over the aforementioned disciplines including asset monitoring and account reconciliations
3.Carries out GL accounting, tax accounting, and tax return compliance incl.- but not limited to- compliant filing for income taxes, payroll taxes, VAT and applicable duties. Responsible for legal entity statutory audit and reporting, as well as legal entity accounting.
4.China Shared Service, including control of Fixed Asset accounting, General Ledger Accounting ,Payroll, AP, expense reporting ,Billing and AR collections and Tax Reporting on behalf of the various China legal entities.
4.China legal entities statutory audit.
5.China legal entities government filing and compliance.
6.Implements and monitors a system of good internal controls.
